Houses with lead based Paint...
There is a property that I am interested in, that was built in the 50s. The MLS is telling me that it probably has lead based paint.
First of all, does this mean the interior and exterior has lead paint?
What's the best way to go about doing this? Can I put vinyl siding over the lead paint? Can I paint over lead paint?
I want to do this the right way so the homeowners have no problems with it in the future. Any help is appreciated, thanks

Chad Fernendaz I can assure that you will be fined for that pressure wash. If flakes that contain lead is not abated (disposed) properly, you are not really solving the problem but just spreading your problem, EPA might make you remove all the dirt amd dispose them on an accredited landfill for hazardous materials. That's your worst case scenario. You will want a contractor with RRP and registered with EPA to do a renovation if your lbp test turns positive, and if it is declared hazardous, you will need someone to abate it. Since lbp is based on EPA, CA laws regarding lbp should be the same in other states. I am accredited EPA RRP contractor, although I don't practice RRP, I still remember the horrible stories during that course.
