Any software or apps to calculate rehab?

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of any software or apps they use to calculate rehab cost or draw up a detailed scope of work that they recommend?

I did some research but didn't find anything.

My calculator though does not produce a detailed Scope of Work. It does calculate the repair cost.
