@Christeina Douglas what does the pricing look like? how much do you charge for an average lead, and how much does it cost to buy an average lead?

In the past I have bird dogged for my own leads, and have mailed the houses that I noted down and followed up on bird-dogged leads that way. I have never bought bird-dogged leads (owner already skip traced if needed), so my question is as follows:

What would you be willing to pay, or what are you currently paying for bird dogged leads. If someone went out and took down addresses of vacant / distressed homes and had the owner's name and current address what would you pay per lead?

The meetup is set in the Events forum. The meetup is set for Tuesday, July 26th 6-8 pm at the KW Newark office. address is 56 W. Main Street suite 101 Christian, DE 19702.

If you want to be added to the Email distribution list please go to the event in the Market Place and send an email to the email address provided with your full name saying you are interested in the Northern Delaware investor meetup. I will send out an email as it gets closer to the date giving more detailed information about the meetup, but i plan on it being laid back.

I look forward to seeing you all there. Again, if you are interested please go to the Event post and contact the email address provided.

Thank you for your time,

Connor Swalm

I don't want there to be any confusion, you will be able to pitch products and services at the meetup, If your services can be helpful to others, I would love to have you share your company's services during the meetup.

For those interested in coming to the meetup, please send your full name to [email protected] to be added to the distribution list for information and updates. I have a speaker lined up, and as the date gets closer I will send out an email with greater detail. Most of the time will be spent networking and connecting with local investors. If you're interested, send an email to [email protected] to be added to the email list.

I look forward to seeing you all there,

@Alex Hobbs @James Masotti @Dustin Verley Thank you all for your support, I have a date in mind for the meetup (end of July some time) I should know the exact date tomorrow and when I do I will spread the word.

As of now, do any of you know of an existing email list for all of the people that have attended the meetups? Or an email list of people who were interested in coming to a meetup. I would hate to see people not attend only because we were not able to notify them.

If anyone has the list please let me know and I will get in touch with them.

Thank you for your time,

Connor Swalm

@Jeffrey Giffin I will gladly take the initiative and organize the meetups. I have plans to schedule one for the last week of July, and I already have a meeting location locked up. Could you message me to provide more details about organizing these events, as well as giving me any other information I may need to run a meet up.

Hi, I am going to start BP meetup here in northern Delaware. Does anyone have experience setting up meetups that they would like to share? Also, how should a meetup normally go? Should I bring someone to speak on a topic, or should I let everyone just network for the entire time? If there is a resource that exists for starting meetups I would love to see it.

Any advice would be great. Thank you.
