Can someone recommend a GC that can work with draws for payments? The property is in Palm Bay Florida.

The house needs mostly cosmetics. The roof and A/C are the priority at the moment.

I would love any referrals people have for GC in Brevard County as well.  I am looking to hire someone and step back from the rehab if it's reasonable and they do the quality of work we are used to providing.
