R.E. Closing attorney sought

I am working on my first deal and I'm located in The NYC area and it would be greatly appreciated if someone could stir me in the right direction of finding a R.E. Attorney to assist with the closing. I'm working on a Fix & Flip deal but it's not located in NY. It's in FL, so my next question is does it matter which state they reside in or does it need to be an attorney in the home state of the project? Thank you in advance for any assistance
