Best Inspection app or software
I'm in the final stretch on a large renovation of a triplex. There are lots of little things to put on a punch out list to give to the contractors. Is there a good app for iPhone and/or iPad that will make inspections easier? Buildout offers Happy Inspector but they charge $40/mo. I only have 5 units so 40/mo is a lot. I found on Happy Inspectors direct site they have a 5 units plan for $5/mo; that sounds better, but before I buy it I thought I'd post here and find out what others think and use.
Thank you
