Thanks for the feedback, and the heads up.I looked at a duplex build realty has right on the outside of clintonville yesterday evening and it was the first i iv heard of them and didnt know they were the same company as green leaf. It was a low income rental area that im not really interested. They said they had a couple others in columbus but were based in cinci. Thanks for the suggestions ill be looking into both autumwood and recasa. 

hey everybody, I just moved to columbus a couple weeks ago and im re engaging in the site after i signed up a couple months ago. I am an avid bp podcast listener and am excited to particapate on the forums. Iv narrowed the area i want to be in to worthington and clintonville here in ohio. I am doing side job remodles and odds and ends to keep busy and a source of income while i get fimilar with the area and find my first deal here. I would love to hear some feed back from anyone who has used any of the hard money lenders in ohio, build realty, greenleaf,lending one.. looking forward to meeting people and being part of the comunity.

hello my name is patrick and I'm looking to buy my first personal flip and though i have the experience to do the work and the cash to put into it. my sticking point is being self employed and traditional bank loans seem not to be an option. Im interested in learning more about alternative financing for purchase. I am happy to also help any way i can with contractor info building and execperince from rustic to modern. excited to join the community
