Weird configuration on a flip
I'm looking at a good price, location, and ROI on a foreclosure. The house needs some mold remediation and cosmetics but otherwise should be a great deal.
Its a four bedroom with three small bedrooms upstairs and the master in the basement. I think it was finished off and officially made the "Master" some time after the house was built.
Concern: Is the master in the basement so weird that it will be off putting to buyers ?
