LOOKING TO SHADOW IN ATL

NEWBIE HERE IN ATL (Decatur) looking to shadow an experienced REI in a residential flip...I've watched all the shows, gone to the seminars, read the posts on BP, now I would like to get some hands on training from a REI professional. I have a full time job so this would be an evenings & wknds type deal. I am interested in learning the basics, funding, budgeting, time/project management, etc.
