FINDING INFORMATION ON PROPERTY TRUSTS

Hey investors, Need some help finding owners of vacant properties. I've been doing a bunch of driving for dollars and have pulled up many of these vacant properties through county records. A few problems is that it is in a trust and some even have the owners actual address as the same address of the vacant home. Obviously nobody has been living in these homes. Please let me know what we can do to find the actually people behind these trusts because I'm sure they are willing to sell these broken down home. Thank guys!
