Hey what's up you guys I have a few questions for my BP community that I need to know to really consolidate the info in my mind... 1 How to go about starting your LLC? 2 how does refinancing benefit oh and what is it really? 3 how to determine and what is Loan to value ratio 4 what's a good estimate for property taxes on GA? Are you charged with those if you're mortgaging too or just when you own it right out? Thanks in advanced
