Liability Insurance for Flippers
I've been doing custom interior home renovations for the past 7 years. I carried contractor's liability insurance and it was sufficient for what I participated in. Last year we did 6 flips, and this year we are projected to do more. My insurance carrier is dropping me due to my change in focus and the extra exposure flipping properties apparently incurs. Does anyone have a good suggestion for insurance for flippers? Thanks
