Im looking for a mentor to teach me the business of rehabbing. I can get a hard money loan and we can split profits. I am really eager to start rehabbing but I need advice and mentorship from a seasoned investor. I am currently around the Atlanta, GA Area. I have a great work ethic and I know nothing happens over night.. but I am willing to work hard and for as long as it takes to get my feet wet and become a successful investor.  A lot of rehabers come to haves and wants in sandy springs on Thursdays at 1:30 every week. Contractors come to find work. Wholesalers come do sell their deals. Se who's really flipping houses and get recommendations from people who do it. Good luck.
