Looking for mentor/partner

Im looking for a mentor to teach me the business of rehabbing. I can get a hard money loan and we can split profits. I am really eager to start rehabbing but I need advice and mentorship from a seasoned investor. I am currently around the Atlanta, GA Area. I have a great work ethic and I know nothing happens over night.. but I am willing to work hard and for as long as it takes to get my feet wet and become a successful investor.
