Where to locate jv cash partner for michigan

I am a licensed builder in jackson and lansing michigan and have done flips over the years for investors. At this point I'm wondering how does one find a joint venture investors to partner with. I can find the deals and get all of the work done, but do not have the funds or credit to finance it all out. Any and all input would be appreceriated.
