There are many "flat rate" books on the market but they are a bad choice to use for pricing rehab costs for Fix-n-Flip. These books are usually trade specific, very detailed and contain inflated retail pricing.

 If you are looking for resource to quickly estimate rehab cost I suggest you start with J. Scott's book on "The Book on Estimating Rehab Cost".
