I have 30 years remodeling experience and without getting into all the details about risk, liability, overhead, margins and profit let me just say this; Lowes, Home Depot, McDonalds, etc. all have a set profit they charge. No one never think twice about this, we just pay the asking price and walk out the door. 

These locks are great but they are not perfect. You cannot remotely control these locks and you cannot set time schedules to allow acces. They allow you to set access codes but you have manually set and delete codes at the lock.

Alside deals only with distributors and contractors. If it is a broken seal, take the sash to a local glass company they can easily order a new sealed glass panel and install it in the sash.

Anyone considering in investing in Binghamton, NY and surrounding municipalities needs to read this article.

Ask to see all of the leases, that would allow you see what each tenant is paying, verify vacant and what you will inherit when the deal closes
