I didn't read your profile I just saw this thread and posted immediately .

I have a townhouse in Halethorpe Maryland currently occupied for at least another year. When I get a break between tenants I would like to have already lined up a contractor to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms.  We started looking last year and talked to a couple of companies so I've had plenty of time to consider the things that I want to replace the existing original material with.

I'm always looking for companies to establish a relationship with for work that I know will eventually need to be done .
