RE: Project outline and overview sheets?

Hey everyone,

So I mostly do real estate flips and am thinking it would be helpful to have a "project overview" sheet on excel.  Thinking this could have a general schedule for the project, projected timelines, bids, etc on it.  Has anyone already made one or know where one is that they have found to be helpful with the management and having a good system for flips?  Thanks for any feedback!

I know this is not what you are looking for, but it might help, we use this before bidding, and during construction. Same theory, just add or remove stuff you don't need.
