Hi Bigger Pockets Members,

What is some advice for buying new appliances for my investment properties? Where do all the pros go to keep cost down for multifamily properties when you need to buy more than one/buy in bulk? Where is the best place to purchase or how do I get the best deal?Initially, I looked at home depot and lowes but I am not sure that is the best deal.
