Real estate agent working with a broker
I'm working on getting my real estate license in California. All I have to do is take and pass the exam. I already work in internal medicine and plan to do real estate on the side (selling minimally) to family and friends for flipping purposes. I still plan on working in my current job M-Th or Friday 7:45am to 3:45pm. What type of broker should I look for that would be okay with my minimal sales production?
