For anyone interested in mobile homes this may be of interest to you. It is FREE and located in Statesville NC. As I was researching I came across this one. Please follow the link. They have 7 days to have this removed before they scrap it.

Keep in mind "free" is not always the case.  My first MH I spent about $32K on rehab so make sure you do your due diligence.
