new sillcock and valve inside
I have both a leaking sillcock and valve on the inside of a house and am planning on replacing both. Should I go with a frost-free one (property is in Wisconsin), and if so should I still plan to turn off the valve on the inside to keep tenants from doing something stupid? Would I want to replace the valve on the inside with one that can drain even if the faucet I put in is frost free?
