Hi I am new to the game and looking to find someone that may be flipping or wholesaling in the Savannah area! I am hoping someone had the time and patience to take a rookie under their belt and maybe show me some of the ins and outs. If I could watch and soak up some knowledge I would greatly appreciate that! I am currently working at Hunter AAF in Savannah and will be retiring in January. I have a pretty flexible schedule and could help out as needed. I am going to the Savannah REIA meeting on Monday to try and meet some people and gain more knowledge. I am motivated and don't mind putting in the over time. Thanks in advance and hopefully looking forward to meeting like minded investors!
