How often daily does an experienced flipper use the BP flip calculator?

Hello fellow investors,

Just upgraded to Pro today to use all services available. The BP flip calculator is extraordinary! With that said does an experienced flipper use this resource to analyze most of their potential deals and send this PDF printout to lenders? Is this the most professional and useful way?

I'm new to this but loving every podcast and learning step!
