How would you flip/rehab a home if out of state?
How would you flip/rehab a home if you were located out-of-state? I want to hear from the guys that flip/rehab while out of state and how they go about doing their deals?
My assumption is that majority of people will partner with someone who is local (project manager, contractor, etc) or they will perform as the lender on the deal....
Who is actually out-of-state and doing the entire project without a partner involved...?
