Where are you guys getting your repair parts for heat pumps?

I ordered a contactor from Expert Appliance, and it's been 3 weeks, and still no part, and I can't get any response to my inquiries. 3 weeks is a long time to have the heat and AC not functioning.

The local shops won't sell to anyone who isn't licensed for HVAC, so I need a supplier on-line.

Ruud heat pump; hardly anyone carries parts for them.
