Can you use a FHA203K on a flip ?
I'm a new house flipper and I'm still in the stages where I'm trying to figure out funding. Because it can be difficult for a new investor to get private money I thought about the 203K route. I know investors use it for buy and holds but can it be done for a flip if you buy the house and re-sell it within 4-6 months ? Any and all insight would be helpful.
