Hello,

I have been reading quite a few books and most commonly speak of the importance of having mentors; Especially ones that are at the level of success you aspire to reach.

I am always on the look out for as many mentors as possible! What I would love to do is network with my locals here in Indy (Indianapolis, IN) who participate in full rehab projects. I have yet to witness the full process of flipping a home.  More importantly I am looking to establish solid relationships.

I am even looking to help where I can: hands on, or in office. I have no interest in receiving money in return. My only interest is great relationships and most importantly EXPERIENCE!

@Ronald Hunt Yes, CIREIA and others. CIREIA's big monthly meeting is next Tuesday the 10th, go to the website for info. I think you can come as a guest for the first time. There is a small vendor meet and greet followed by a presentation. You can meet and network with a lot of like minded investors there.  You can also see the subgroups on their website. See you there.
