Time and Material - New Product Poll

Hey BP, this is directed to current rehabbers, active contractors, or active developers. Our company is planning to open a new service for RE investors in residential clients and perhaps property management companies, according to our employee pool, most of them work at residential short term remodels (3 days to 4 weeks) on the side if we are between jobs (waiting for award or notice to proceed or still bidding).

Yesterday, we have discussed and are thinking of putting up a full time and material service including construction/project management (if any) specifically for residential or REI clients.

How do you feel about this service? Any input will be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Please also tell us a little background about you/your company, a few words would do, just for us to have an idea on the sector you are active in.
