Sheriff sale - Tax question

Hello, 

while i was using the fix and flip analysis calculator, i found the analysis shows tax as well. 

I understand property tax individual would have to pay as per schedule but I don't think buying from sheriff sale includes sales tax as well, it includes the highest bid amount + any sheriff sale fee or court/clerks fee. please correct if there is a sales tax as well when buying from sheriff sale ? or tax will be paid as a part of individual's income tax return in April next year.
