Hi,

I am relatively new here and my main interest is wholesaling but I am interested in finding out if anyone has any information on demolition costs in the Okayama area of Japan. This is a two story apartment building with around 25 units that will be coming down. The online tools I found are for U.S. properties only.  Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

Godzilla might work cheaply? Sorry, couldn't help myself!!! I'll be upfront with you and say I'll be absolutely no help. That said, can you tell us more about the project? It's not every day someone posts about demo costs in Japan on here ya know!
