As a newbie I would be interested to see what others are using when doing a walk-through of a house for the first time. I looked in the resource section of the site and didn't see what I was looking for so I figured I would ask here.

I know many probably learn the estimates from experience but I would love a checklist with estimates for each item. So as you are going through each room you can check off items needed repair or replacing and then have some general costs. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
