Keep and fix or remove carport?

So I am going to place and offer on a house that I intend on flipping, and I have been going back and forth on this carport. I know the carport adds some value, but the thing is in pretty bad condition and will need a decent amount of time and money to make right, and attractive. I am just wondering what others think as far as if it would be worth spending the money to fix it, and possibly put a concrete pad down or just remove it all together and save the money for other parts of the house.
