Household Junk in Memphis

We are set to close on a house where the owner died and there is stuff everywhere.  Instead of hiring someone to throw this stuff out and having to pay for extra dumpsters, I would love for someone to pay me to clean it.  Does anyone in Memphis know someone who likes to buy old junk -- clothes, furniture (some junk, some solid wood pieces that need some TLC), old appliances, etc.?
