Doing a rehab in Salt Lake City, Utah and looking for vendors.

I'm looking for recommendations of a few things and where to buy. Anywhere in Salt Lake or Davis county would be preferred. This is for a condo that we will be living in for about 2 yrs then making it a rental.

Carpet - (where to buy?)

Paint - (what kind and where to buy?)

Hardwood - (what to keep an eye out for and where to buy?)

Thanks in advance for the advice. If you have people you go through for certain things that you would recommend I will appreciate that as well.
