Should I stick with my "exclusive" realtor or branch out?

I have been working with the same realtor for the past 7 years. She does a wonderful job and is a hard worker, especially considering she's over 70. Great lady. I tend to find most of my deals , but she's shows me homes 24/7 and pushes my properties, once listed, like a champ. I'm ready for an increase in business.

Problem...

1.The office doesn't work with any foreclosures, so I'm constantly getting beat to deals by realtors that have the inside scoop and knowledge...their own listing.

2. She knows this town very well, but I'm looking to expand to a nearby town and have had some resistance from another realtor wanting to work with me since my realtor is very well known. Which I understand possible "stepping on toes" since my current realtor is obviously capable of selling in this area but not as familiar as I would like her to be.

Just not sure what to do. I don't want to branch and burn my bridges since I've been so loyal to her, but I'm also sensing the need to network more and get in touch with more realtors....I've been thinking of having one realtor per area if that makes sense?
