Locating Property Owners

Hello BP Community,

Can anyone suggest on-line (paid and no-cost) sources to research/locate property owners of record. Seeking solution to reduce "cycle time". I've tried Realtors and title companies but I need to churn through leads faster and on a daily basis.

Thanks,

A private investigator can do wonders. The term is called "Skip Tracing" Google that or "people search" and a ton of sites will come up. I have used Private Eye .com. I currently use Accurint by Lexis Nexus but that is expensive and can be hard to get an account.
