Way to push forward Saran. If proposed loan terms will enable you to hit "your" targeted ROI/minimal hurdle rate...Go for it..... I suggest you first secure latest REAC report and latest HUD audit report for the property. If you have to ask what a REAC report is I suggest you hire someone that specializes in buying and selling large multifamily HUD properties.
