Repairs
Hello guys got a question for you. We just purchased a three flat in chicago with tenants, after doing my detail inspections check list on each unit notice a few thing need to be repaired the biggest one is bat tub. The bath tubs were refurbrished and paint now pealing off. Should I invest in new tub, fit bath liner or just get it refurbished?

Replacing a tub can be a major disruption if you are living in the unit. I would look at refinishing it if it is sound.
