Hey guys! My husband and I are looking to do our first flip and I'm starting to search around for some hard money lenders in the area. Was just curious what kind of questions we should be prepared and expected to answer from the lending companies and if anyone had any advice on good questions to ask each lender when vetting each company. And if anyone in the area has any recommendations on companies that they have had success with, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've found the bp meetup in independence that I've been to! And then I've also looked on meetup and I'm trying to go to a couple this month. Is this the easiest way to find the meetups in your opinion

Determined to buy a house to fix and flip and looking to find someone I can connect with to maybe show me the ropes! Willing to work as an extra hand or anything like that for a house flipper with experience to kind of get that hands on learning that I need!
