Quote from @Anthony Stephenson:

He is 100% solid, worth every dime he charges. I spent around 12K with his competitor over the course of 10 months and got nothing but frustration to show for it... Jerryll's team is very responsive and extremely helpful. If you get stuck just ask for help. Jerryll is very direct which I prefer. I would much rather deal with someone like him who knows what they are doing and speaks the truth rather than someone who spews out a bunch of feel good crap just to get your money then disappears.. I've completed the Credibility course and am just getting started on the SEO. Yes it's a lot of work but well worth it. I 100% recommend it.

Anthony, how is your business doing now? I am sure you completed the SEO portion of his training. Do you feel it was worth the time and money you have spent??

@Michael Haynes This should be supportive forum. Not a judgmental one. We don't always have the answers or the experience. That's what these forums are for... to ask questions....

@Geoffrey Paugam Best of luck. Hopefully the bank will allow you to purchase before or at auction.

Hi Clara. So sorry you are under this stress. Hopefully you can get some answers from the city. The first question I have is how did you get this notice? A proper notice from the city would have a good number to get ahold of the city staff to answer questions. There would have likely been a public notice of some sort as well if a major change was going to be made. Now, of course, every city and state is different, but that is a red flag that it may not even be a real notice? If there is a change to zoning, there would like be a grandfather clause allowing you to continue to use your home as a residence. The area around you may start to change though, if they are allowing commercial use. I found this on the Madison Wisconson website...I'd call them rather than emailing

Hello Ivan. Are you looking for a property to house hack in Albuquerque, NM or anywhere? I would be happy to answer questions you have about Albuquerque.

Yes, as Lucia said, you should talk to zoning before going forward with the purchase. Ask them what it would take to formally change the property type and make sure there aren't any current violations that you will be stuck with later.

@Darmon Dotson

Thank you Darmon. I am actively speaking to a few sellers and will keep you posted if that need should arise.

@Jesus A Macias

If you are still looking for a Las Cruces Real Estate agent, DM me. I can connect you to a great one. I am in ABQ, if you ever need help here. Have a lovely week!

@Samir Shah Albuquerque has it's share of big city crime, no doubt. However, we have so much to offer! I am an ABQ native but have traveled the world and lived on the east coast for 11 years. Crime is everywhere but do other cities have the weather we do, the culture, the resilience, and the untapped potential that we have in ABQ? The area you are looking at, Snow heights, is going through a change. I grew up there and currently live a few miles away. It is a great area to invest in and, as Jan mentioned, there are folks you can network with here to find reliable professionals to check on the properties for you. Brian's comment about the city having only a few beautiful, safe parts of the city is just not accurate. I would be happy to show you many lovely areas to invest in. Best of luck to you.

Hi Jonathan I have access to a few cash buyers. Feel free to reach out and I can share my contact info. You can send me properties to share with them
