Best Practices for Finding Investor Friendly Brokers & Wholesalers

Hi BP Community,

I am hoping to connect with investor friendly brokers and/or wholesalers in the Denver area and am wondering if anyone has advice on best practices in creating these connections efficiently.

Any advice is much appreciated!

Thanks,

Alec

Denver is absolutely stacked with them. There are many meetups across Denver where you will meet investors and some investor-friendly agents. Your best bet is an agent who also invests. If you want to buy, get in touch with Nick Cooley. If you want to do STR, get in touch with Chantal Duame.

@Alec Bildstein my advise in addition to attending meetups is to read the forums and see who contributes and adds value and find the folks that you resonate with. You can also research those you meet at the events by reading their posts here as well. That said, the good one come via word of mouth from other investors. Talk to investors that have done deals and ask who they used and when you get the same name a few times, you have someone to add to your list.

Please do your OWN due diligence, and be wary of any company with the initials NW

Hello!  I am from the Tampa Florida area but have had success with Facebook and BP.  Make sure that they know the area and build a relationship with them.

Start attending as many REI meet ups as possible. Go on to Meet up.com and search real estate. They hold 1-3 each week
