Feedback on company Offer Geek in Flint, Michigan?

Sharma Parth
Posted

Hey guys - I came across this company - Offer Geek - https://ogeekholdings.com/ - where they are offering properties by also doing the entire renovation, placing a Section 8 tenant and also offering property management for you?

Has anyone worked with them before?

Is there any feedback on the Flint, Michigan market?

Is it better to go down this route vs looking at doing a BRRRR deal myself?

Please advise!

I have heard of them though I do not have experience working with them. I will say anyone offering this should be giving you all the pros and risks of the flint marketplace. Make sure to ask for client referrals and interview more than one company in Flint. I would also urge you to make sure you fully understand how they operate , A-Z (from how they make their profit to how many doors they are managing).

If you are investing from out-of-state you want to make sure whoever you are going to choose to work with is being honest and transparent not just about the Flint marketplace but about the strengths and weaknesses they face as a company, day in / day out. Any investing usually has a level of risk associated so you want to make sure you know exactly what that is when it comes to the flint market.

Side Question: why not considering looking into Detroit Michigan instead?

Best of luck in your search !
