Go-to kitchen floor tile

Hi,

I have a single family rental I’m making ready after a long term tenant has left. The home has cheap laminate that’s in need of repair in the kitchen area. That same laminate is in okay shape in the rest of the house so I’ll keep it. I’d like to tile the kitchen and doorway area. Does anyone have a go-to tile they like to use in their rentals?

I’ll be changing the rest of the good laminate to LVP once it’s reach the end of its life.

Thanks,

Robert in Abq, NM
