- $5,492 closing cost
- $56,000 renovation cost
- $4,000 landscape cost
- $5,351 various costs including fixtures, appliances, staging furniture, etc.
- $1,370 taxes
- $150 total utilities
- $29,925 commission
- $5,000 closing cost
Total cost $562,288
Listing price $630,000

Thanks @Jacob A. I'm happy to take the credit for it ;)
Nice job on this flip, I was wondering if you put in a new HVAC unit or windows as part of the 56K renovation costs?
Thanks @Mike S. , we did not install new HVAC or new windows.
Here is the latest update @Mehran K. , we received multiple offers after our first open house weekend at end of February. We accepted at $630k and closed yesterday. Property is officially sold.
Thanks to everyone at BP, I keep learning a lot from this forum.
