Posted

I have a goal to start my first flip next year and want to do all my due diligence possible. What are some tips and tricks to find good deals, and what your experience is with flipping?

Thanks in advance for your responses!

@Sam Waller finding a deal is the most difficult for me here in California.  The second is the contractors.  Learn how to wholesale to get some great deals.
