I need a home in Berkley Mi, please read

Our home is closing on a month and I am looking for a home for my family. This is not an investment or flip of any nature. My market is very small and I've seen every house and just missed one yesterday outbid by another buyer. I can do most work and contract out and have might even do a short term apt lease if needed. So here is my plea, I'm looking for any help from wholesales who work in metro Detroit and might have something in my area. It must be Berkley only please, nothing else will be considered. I understand the fees and am willing to pay for a service well done. Thank you all, and I hope I get lucky here.
