Mobile home left on property after closing

I bought a property in Trumbull County Ohio, and it came with a mobile home on the lot. The title is not under either mine, nor the previous owners name.

Who should I be contacting regarding the proper, legal, and cost effective way to deal with it?

Ideally I would sell it, but I don't know if I am legally allowed to since it isn't on my name, just on my property.

Otherwise I would like to have it towed and dumped, or donated, but again I don't know if I can do that.

Any advice?

In Washington State there is something called a "Loss Of Interest Affidavit." It is intended to be used for situations like this where a manufactured home is "abandoned" or left behind. I successfully obtained title on a mobile where a gentleman bought 2 acres with a stick built house and a 3 bedroom manufactured home. He wanted to get ride of the manufacture home in order to build a shop. The mobile was still in the name of the mother of the guy who lost the property to the bank (4 degrees of separation; mom, son, bank, guy) and by the way, the mother was deceased (seemingly impossible situation).

Anyway, long story short, the WA State DOT accepted this 1 page form from me and the guy and I now have the title, have moved the home to another property (and have it rented for $1,100/month by the way)!

Good luck!
