Converting from baseboard heat to central heat

I'm looking at a SFH that's owned by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. It has baseboard heat and central AC. Approx. how much would it cost to convert to central heating and how much of a pain is it? The house is approx 1300 sq ft single level
