Hi everyone iam a rookie, 

I am driving for deals and came upon a single family that is in preforclosure according to zillow. How can I proceed with this deal or is this a bank owned now I won’t be able to reach the owner?

Hello fellow friends, if I found a vacant property, do I mail the postcard to them or would that be a waste of paper?

Is my option to find the owner and phone them? 

Where do I get the template of a legit contract for the deal. Can I craft one my self? Or is there one I could buy?

Thanks everyone! I think I am getting a hang of this! Also helpful I found on forums is websites truepeoplesearch.com and fastpeoplesearch.com I looked up some properties and was able to find owner and their phone number! Although there are always other names pop up that are related to the address or the person on the address!
